Blues & More really began 50 years ago when Linda and Alistair ‘met in a pub, the dog days of the year, two guitars and a song between them. They began writing songs together about 8 years ago and finally decided to record them so that their family would have a record of their work. Finally their album is ready and they will share the fruit of their musical musings with you (plus some covers).
They are eclectic in their musical tastes and this is reflected in their writing. Music is their passion and has given them so much enjoyment over their many years together, and they hope it speaks to you in some way, either musically or lyrically.
Supporting them will be their studio band The BAC-ing Band, Bea Parker and grandsons Alex Arthur and Connor.
The first half of the evening brings musicians old and new to warm us up before supper and our main guest/s.
