High, Wide & Handsome @ The Barebones Acoustic Folk Club

Take your pick on which one’s High, which is Wide and who’s Handsome, but one thing’s for sure – these guys are entertaining, with Lew Black’s powerful voice, Andrew Gough’s intricate guitar work and John McKeown’s smooth harmonica playing, combined with their vocal harmonies.
These multi-instrumentalists have a long involvement in the folk music scene. All have performed solo and with various NZ folk bands such as the Maritime Shanty Crew, Brouhaha and Morgan Magan.
With a superb and wide-ranging repertoire, Lew, Andrew and John guarantee you some popular old fav’s, many to sing along with, and a heavy dose of comedy and wit in-between.
