Lew’s lifelong love of folk music began at the age of 16, singing in Liverpool’s folk clubs. Since then, he’s toured Germany, Holland, Poland, Switzerland, UK, Canada, and NZ, singing with Maritime Shanty Crew, also Brouhaha, PaddyMac, and High Wide & Handsome. He’s made 8 CD’s and features on Spotify. Having performed at numerous folk clubs and festivals, he’s famous for his homebrew sing sessions and making friends everywhere he goes. A big voice, vibrant personality and quick wit match his reputation as a larger-than-life troubadour, it’s a delight to see his solo return to the Barebones stage.
