Join us for a powerhouse night of blues as the Auckland Blues Music Club welcomes Australia’s own Dale Robbins Band (DRB) alongside special guest, Steve Arvey from the USA.

The Dale Robbins Band, hailing from Toowoomba, Queensland, is a blues-rock trio celebrating their 10th year together. Led by the dynamic Dale Robbins on guitar and vocals, with Bob Adams on bass and Paul Keidge on drums, DRB is known for delivering high-energy performances with a “power guitar trio” sound that pushes the blues into fresh and unexpected directions.

They’re joined by their longtime friend, the exceptional Steve Arvey — a Chicago-born blues veteran whose soulful guitar playing, rich vocals, and magnetic stage presence have made him a standout in the global blues scene. Drawing early inspiration from greats like Muddy Waters, Howlin’ Wolf, and Buddy Guy, Steve honed his craft in the heart of Chicago’s legendary blues clubs, developing a style all his own.

Together, DRB and Steve Arvey promise a night of raw, electrifying blues that spans continents and generations.
